How is video playback on the Diamond

I´m considering replacing my Touch Dual with a Diamond.
And one of the things, that i use my dual for, is watching videos in its native resolution(320x240 at 15 fps).
And I want to know how good the video playback is on the Diamond.
Can it run a VGA(640x480) video at ~30 fps, whiteout skipping frames?

As long as you have a core player installed it will play almost every thing, Next to best quality.

I found avi play back is best compare to mp4.
