Chaperone on XV6800

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get Chaperone working on the Titan for VZW customers. This is the one big problem I have yet to find any solution to. Googling this problem is no help, on xda or other.

I know this is a Java issue why it won't work on PIE, but I would think that it would be fine on one of the two Opera browsers. I have tried a number of things (skyfire isn't connecting and Thunderbird requires a login).

Can anyone tell why this isn't working and have a workaround. CSRs and Data techs are friggin morons and wouldn't know if they did officially update GPS or Chaperone.

Obviously, we can't download the Parent application... Its not that great anyhow.

I've also tried multiple web browsers, and all have the same problem. When entering the '120 second location' period, it never refreshes from that 'pop-up'.

(sounds like a java thing, to me, too) I'm curious as to if this can be 'fixed' by the client end... it might be messed up by vzw, and until they make better, we may be SOL. :(

Wait, you get it to run the waiting period? Have you tried the new web interface? Which browser are you using to get the popup to start?

Why cant the get it now app be dumped from a phone and run in esmertec, right?
