Change Sprint Mogul to work on Cricket

A couple questions:

Change Sprint Mogul to work on Cricket network

1. If I use the DCD v.3.2.2 rom, and use the Cricket carrier cab Is that all I need to go to Cricket and have this Mogul on their network? Will everything work like GPS, MMS, Internet?

2. If I use the Sprint ROM and use the Cricket carrier cab will this work with everything asked above?

I see people advertise on eBay to flash peoples phones to work on the Cricket network. I am not sure what is actually being done when they flash.

Cricket will flash the phone to work but they want $85

The phone would still have to be programmed (NAM setup) in order to work with cricket. Also, the Cricket PRL would have to be installed and the ESN would have to be activated on the cricket network. All the cab does is configures Internet for you. GPS will work assuming you have a data plan.

Is this something I can do? Can I find information in the forums somewhere that can teach me to do this? BTW is this a firmware flash? SO if I play around with different versions of the OS and load different ones will I have to get that setup again for cricket network?
