View Full Version : WM 6.1 and rSAP Problems

Hi Chaps,
I tried several Rom´s which are based on WM 6.1 on my T-Mobile MDA Vario 3 but I can´t get work the Bluetooth rSAP with my Volkswagen Premium Handsfree anymore.
It seems that WM 6.1 contains a different Bluetoothstack or rSAP driver.
Is it possible to extract the "old BT Stack" of the 6.0 as a .cab and add it to a actual german 6.1 Rom?
Many thanks in advance

Hi to all
i habe exactly the same problems with a T-Mobile Touch diamond (HTC) with the FSE Premium in my Passat ´07.
My previous Telephone Hermes, with WinMobile 6.0 works without problems with the car.
But with the Diamond the car-kit says "telephone is initialised" and then "User is connected" and begins again with "telephone .." and so on.
I also tried diffrent ROMs and Radios, without success.
VW only say "not compatible" (they also said this to hermes !)
@svenna: i think, your suggest would be a possible solution, if possible ?
thx, greetings from austria,
vtwin

Hello,
Have you at last found any solution using rSAP and WM 6.1? I am using a PREMIUM FSE (VW RNS 510) and an HTC Touch HD with wm6.1 and cannot connect at the end. I enter the 16 key pin, but then the message I got is that the HTC cannot connect. It seems that the bt stack in wm6.1 is different from wm6 and wm5. I successfully paired a wm5 P3300, but although I tried almost everything I found in related threads, I could not pair using a wm6.1 HTC touch HD.
Thanks,
Nectarios

Hi, I have the same problem with my VW FSE UHV carkit and a HTC TP with WM6.1.
I read on the german wikipedia the following about rSAP:
Die Bisherigen SAP- Freisprechanlagen unterstützen keine UMTS-SIM-Karten, da das GSM Modul nicht auf dieser Frequenz senden kann.
Which means that a WM6.1 device in combination with a UMTS SIM card does not work. Pairing a nokia with a UMTS sim card worked fine. Apparently the non-WM6.1 work differently
I tried to pair my HTC TP with an old prepaid sim card and the connection worked fine! I could even read SMS messages
Can anyone confirm this?

I have a vw passat 3c 2006 with the RNS-510 with premium kit (5N0 035 730). I use a english HTC tyTN-II with a UMTS-SIM (Provider - KPN) .
Rom on the phone is Garmin-DK2 which works for me. (Even sync's the phone-book from sim.) connect en disconnect from Rsap wotks fine...
Radio version 1.65.24.36 with hardspl Jockeyw 3.29
Also tryed Garmin DK-4 which didn't work.. haven't tried DK9 or DK10 yet....
Hope to hear from anybody who has also succes. Maybe Garmin can shed some light on the different versions of RSAP and Bleutooth stack...

Have read somewhere on the internet (But not yet tried it...)
- Install Schaps advanced config
- launch Schaps advanced config
- In bleutooth settings enable OBEX
soft reset
- disable direct push
- connect to RSAP in car..
- connection should work
- telephone-book should be synced... (only SIM-phone-book)
This should work with RSAP and wm 6.1....
As stated, i haven't tried it yet, because my setup (Garmin DK2) is working......
Hope to hear from you if this works????

Great info... should be a Sticky..... I once was tinkering with similar issue with my S500 Benz and had to install the BT Stack, I uploaded to rapidShare, that was for my Wizard. It might be the same BT stack the guys are looking for. use at own risk.

Trying the proposed solutions also on my Xperia X1 using a custom rom that is based on the Touch HD rom (original ROM had no remote sim at all, tried installing it, but same result).
All the tips above have not helped. Even changing the registry entry of how the phone presents itself, did nothing.
I'm using a Skoda SuperbII with RNS-510 and premium carkit. It finds the phone, it connects, it gives me the digits and after that, my phone acknowledges the carkit, but the carkit just seems to hang and not continue anymore after that point, untill it times out.
Connection not possible it just says.
We really need to figure this out!!

Anybody tried Garmin DK2 like I did?? If someone else gets that one also to work, we would know that there is something in that version which is working right...

Okay, from what I have been able to gather, the following is going on.
The carkit is trying to log on in a frequency that it cannot handle.
I have been able to connect the carkit, download the address book and make calls with my Xperia now. No problems what so ever....except one. I was using a SIM from a collega whom has a different network!
I use t-mobile and my collegea has kpn/telfort. Doing more research, I have learned that kpn/telfort and vodaphone use the 1800 band frequency. And that t-mobile uses the 900 frequency.
I am not entirely certain at this point that this truly is the real problem, but, my phone works, my carkit and car works, so all the software bits are in sync, but only using a different sim. Rebooting the phone, changing nothing but the sim, makes it completely broken again!!
I'm using a RNS-510 with the Skoda/VW premium carkit. If anyone is able to shed some light on this and what possible fixes could be, I'd really like to hear!
I have been looking (and mailed) if a fiscon unit could potentionaly fix this problem. They also have units which intergrate with the system.
But I'd rather find a software solution, obviously. Sadly enough, manny cases can be found where people have problems, often, with no solution. This problems is *NOT* specefic to the Xperia, I do realize that now, since the new ROM, rSAP is working just fine.

The fiscon will work without a problem... (it uses only Bleutooth like a parrot carkit, not RSAP) The Skoda Unit will also work without a Problem.. (1Z0 035 729 C also a bleutooth only carkit) Both fully functional with the RNS-510 and MFA-Dash and steering-wheel buttons.
The problem is somehow in the SIM and the acces of the SIM... Is there a way to find out what is communicated thru RSAP
What you could try:
Go to comm manger, settings, Phone
select TAB- Band
and play with these settings...
Maybe that will help...
Check this out.... Maybe that will help...

@ Quindor:
Try your own SIM, and disable OBEX.. (It's some kind of security protocol) and then try to connect again...

Okay, things just more complex then ever before.
My x1 using a HTC touch HD rom base and rSAP from HTC (default in rom).
KPN sim = works and can call
Vodaphone sim = logs in but carkit crashes on trying to connect to cell towers. But car connection functions.
T-mobile sim = connection to carkit never gets finished.
I'm totally lost. Using a friends N95, all the sims work flawlessly.... which makes me even more clueless, because the carkit reads the sim data and then connects using it's own radio to the cell network.
Please, advice? How can this be fixed? Is there a different version of the HTC rSAP software available maybe?

I have the same problem: HTC Touch Pro-WM6.1 with VW UHV Premium and T-mobile 3G sim card does not work.
Same device without changing settings with an old pre-paid KPN sim card works fine! Connection and phonecalls without problems. I could even read sms messages on the car display.
On a German website I read that the new 3G/HSDPA sim cards do not work with rSAP.
Quindor
15th January 2009, 09:59 PM
I get that, and I thought it was that also.
But using a nokia N95 with my sim in it, it worked just fine. So something is odd there.
And my phone with windows mobile 6.1 using a KPN sim connected to the 3G network, also worked fine!
:S

Using my sim card in my X1, not working. Original ROM, Original ROM + rSAP extensions, cooked rom from touch HD with native rSAP. Just non-functional.
Using the exact same phone, without the t-mobile sim but with the KPN sim, works perfectly, no problems what so ever.
Using an older Nokia E50, both sims work flawlessly, also my t-mobile sim.
This leads me to one conclusion and that is that the HTC rSAP implementation is seriously bugged.
Anyone have any idea on how to proceed? Somewhere I have read that the HTC's wouldn't handle 3G or UMTS sims and only use older ones. But, using the KPN sim I connect to 3G and it works. Also the nokia E50 of N95 can use any network and it just plain works. There for that statement is wrong in my opinion and it is caused by buggy software of HTC.
Anyone have a good idea on how to proceed? Lots of people having this problem and buying nokia's, but for no real reason other then buggy software it seems. :(
I really like my X1, and payed a lot of money for it, so I really need this to start working.... Please assist and help, also people with a diamond or other HTC, using the same software.

I've been a frustrated HTC TytnII (P4550, Kaiser...) owner since day 1, but all the more so when I bought a new VW car with Premium car kit in it. Initially, the WM6.0 based PDA worked, but I had to manually enable the "rSAP" add-on program every time. When I learned of an official HTC WM6.1 upgrade, I installed it on the promise "rSAP build in". Which it was, except that from then on I have ridiculous problems when trying to connect. I manage, but it typically takes 5-10 minutes (!) fiddling with it - breaking the bluetooth connection while the car kit is trying (in vain) to connect several times; eventually (at best after 3 tries) it will connect. When it does however, everything works fine afterwards. I tried a collegues' identical PDA with similar results. My wife's Nokia N95 works fine all the time.
My five cents on ideas raised here:
- the frequency relation seems strange/unlikely, I did not change subscription or SIM or... between my upgrade from WM6.0 to 6.1
- similar for trying different SIM cards
This really ought to be a WM6.1 issue, or whatever modules came with it (radio? I'm not an expert - just want the damn thing to work). And I have strong suspicion that Nokia (who builds the VW kit) and Microsoft just simply did not want to get along. The compatibility list of VW is very, very short (basically Nokia and an odd Siemens) and has lots of caveats why another phone might not work. Grrrr....

Did some tests again today, but sadly enough, no progress yet. ( tried some different rom's for my phone (xperia x1) original and based on touch HD, to no effect).
I'm going to try and get a hold of a Touch Diamond and a Touch HD and see how those preform with my sim. If my suspiciouns are correct, they will also fail, making this a combination of bad software with bugs with certain sim's.
That is the conclusion I am faced with right now... sadly enough, no idea how this can be remedied.
Are there developers whom might be able to write a reliable rsap implementation or will HTC ever come with a working version?
What do you guys think?

I have been in contact with Sony-Ericsson support and they tell me they cannot make the X1 compatible, because it is not just software.
Off course, to me this sound like total bullshit, seeying I have allready had an raap connection with the X1. But this was either using HTC software add-on's or using a rom that was based on the htc touch HD. :D
Sadly enough, I cannot work without this functionality... and thus will be forced to sell my phone and buy... a nokia.... not bad, since I have had nokia's all my life. But I really really do not eNjoy beying forced to do so.

i can confirm a HTC Touch Pro exhiits the same behaviour, it works fine on an older 32K non3g vodafone sim, and does not work on a 128k 3g vodafone sim.
i have tried 6 diff roms and also a sep BT stack as per the skoda link and same problem occurs, i have had the TouchPro connect a couple of times but only ever once and from then it just loops as initialising and connecting, i suspect a timing problem maybe, as the older sim syncs up quite fast
i have a new Nokia N85 and it works perfectly on both sims, note the 3G sim takes longer but it works, which leads me to the timing thought, on the nokia all phone book syncing etc also works
i also tried syncing the nokia then switching the sim to the TPro but it just loops, the car kit def tries to use the same 'user profile' as it does recognise the sim irrespective of the handset
this is all happening on an 08 VW toureg with premium kit, im thinking of going to a second sim and just leaving the nokia in the car as the n85 is useless on the email side, painful this
seems to me to be a wm6.1 / HTC / 3g(128ksim) issue

Hello everyone I am Spanish and I do not know if either will be translated, I have a problem not discussed whether there will be but I can not find anything about it, well there goes my question:
buy my kaiser with official wm6.0 Rom and before changing rom esperimentando was with her, when the kaiser connect with the handsfree car was good and I just connected the contacts of the "sim" andalusia handsfree .
After a week I prepared to change the rom and I change the operating system to wm6.1 Spanish. now to connect to Bluetooth connects the car well, but I am not going to contact the car handsfree.
I have been asking and what I see in there a wm6.0 file called "SAP SETTING" for what it is to move the contacts to the headset, and does not bear wm6.1. Even so install "SAP SETTING" in wm6.1, but it does not work.
I tested both in the rom Spanish as in English and nothing at all does not work, only works on wm6.0
good question is do you know someone like logic can be operated in wm6.1?
billet and forgiveness for you.

After using my nokia E50 for a while now, working perfectly.
I loaded the newest Touch-It Experience 4.5 on my xperia, enabeld rSAP, connected, punched in pass code, and it stated "connecting".
Sadly enough, it just times out and not matter how manny times I tried, it will not work.
Thus the newer code base and everything, still does not fix this very irretating problem. Come on SE/HTC fix your darn rSAP implemantation!!!

Just tell me your SW- and HW- Version ... and problem description.
I can confirm the problem: WM6.1 on MDA vario III with new T-Mobile n3 SIM card does loop during connect (initializing phone - connection to bluetooth - initializing phone - ...) to the premium handsfree set of Volkswagen whereas the same phone with an (2-4 year old) H4 SIM card works perfectly (SIM was updated and can't be reactivated ... sh..)!
I connected a Nokia 6230i phone with the n3 SIM card without any problems and restricted the phonebook of that user to "SIM only" and "Phone only" and exchanged the SIM card back - both tries without any success. The "Phone only" setting gave me a 1 minute correct phone page on the RNS510 screen but the initalization on the MFD screen didn't finish.
The SW version (via *#0000#): PU-4.090 HFU-3.055 DSP-03.01 MNS-4100
On Box: HT-2 SW:4100, HW:015
The major differences between H4 and n3 SIM card:
Number memory: 125 vs. 230
Memory: 32kB vs. 64kB
Name-Length: 16 char. vs. 30 char.
Number-Length: 20 digits
New features n3: 2 number groups (for group SMS, etc.), second number for contact (for 100 names), 50 e-mail addresses
The same phone and SIM card works perfectly with a Nokia 616 which is also using rSAP (I can only access the primary numbers of the n3 SIM card).
My final conclusion is that the Nokia HT-2 has compatibility issues!

I also have the same problem. HTC Polaris and VW Premium Bluetooth. Right now the only thing I can do for using the phone is, once paired, turn off the Bluetooth and on again to avoid the phone to stay blocked forever.
Then I can use the phone and access the contacts in the SIM card.
I think it's a problem in the initialization process, because if you disconnect and reconnect again, it works.
I've also tried the jetware software without success.
I hope someone can find a solution ;-)
Thanks

Trying the same thing with my MDA Vario4 (Touch Pro) on T-Mobile with my Audi rSAP kit. Spent ages messing around with Roms, Radios etc. Had the same problems with both a Kaiser and a Hermes on this car kit and my old Nokia 616 - never got it to work on T-Mobile but would with a Vodafone sim.
Eventually got myself a new T-Mobile sim and it does work now work! The old sim did work with Nokia phones though.
..but
It does have random connection failures where it will connect in HF mode only if i go to unlock the car and lock it before it pairs the sim goes off-line. Only way to free is to turn flight mode on/off.
I have bluetooth visibility turned off which doesnt seem to make much of a difference after initial pairing.

hi guys, im here for this discussion :)
i've been having this problem for a long time, from the car dealer to the phone developers.
i have a VW Tuareg with premium system, that uses the RSAP, this profile was developed by nokia and audi (as far as i know) to have your phonebook in the car kit/system.
since i'm not close friend with nokia (too slow for me and many restarts), i have to check any phone i like before taking it, if the phone have this profile then you don't have a problem, if not then you r in trouble.
so, i'm looking for a solution on adding the RSAP on the phone i have, i still have SE X1 which i tried but not wroking, and got a new sim from work so i bought samsong D980 (duel sim).
i tried most of nokia new devices, and all of them are working since the RSAP is a standard profile for the bluetooth application in nokia.
hope to find a solution like all of you here.

Hi all,
the problem is related to more different issues:
1. with an old SIM card (H4/G4) the premium handsfree set is working but not with the new n3 SIM card (I have the same number now on an old an new SIM card - multi SIM: 3 SIM cards 1 number/1 contract).
2. when the phonebook selection is of both SIM an phone and the number of total entries is beyond 200+ the phone will abort the transfer (so you have to select SIM only).
3. when using rSAP and GPRS (using a phonebook entry for dialing to the internet on WM6.1 with the number *99# and setting the correct GPRS access point on the handsfree set) the connection of rSAP becomes unreliable.
So I'm able at least to use the phone again (as I got an old SIM card - I still have the new SIM for my other phone) but can't use the full phonebook (with WM6.0 I couldn't also) and can't use GPRS (which worked more reliable in combination with WM6.0)
I'm waiting for the Nokia update of the VW premium handsfree set.

3. when using rSAP and GPRS (using a phonebook entry for dialing to the internet on WM6.1 with the number *99# and setting the correct GPRS access point on the handsfree set) the connection of rSAP becomes unreliable.
Definitely agree with this. If i turn data connection off before getting into the car it works perfectly. The stack needs amended so it kills the data when rsap connects and then turns it on when it disconnects (just like the phone).
If i leave it on it works about 50% of the time and sometimes locks the sim up

Dear valued HTC customer,
Thank you for contacting our Customer Support Center. We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality service and answering all of your questions and concerns. You recently wrote us about an issue that you have encountered with your HTC device. To clarify your issue, you stated that:
<Bluetooth RSAP Fix Hi, I and many other touch pro users are trying to use the rsap facility but it is very unreliable if you have data connections enabled (either doesnt connect or locks the sim out when you disconnect) Is there likely to be a fix for this? (eg a new bluetooth stack). Nokia phones work perfectly with the same kits (Audi MMI) and it is very disappointing that HTC phones don't work reliably. I am using the latest ROM from this web site. Thanks>
If your device is an HTC branded device, you can download the Rom upgrade from www.htc.com select country ‘to your country’ (if there is an update for your device) under the HTC support. You will be asked for your serial number, and then you will have access to all the software available for your device. If your device is a network branded one, you need to contact your network operator for any upgrade. Try to delete and recreate the Bluetooth connection and do a soft reset (take the battery out for around 15 sec and put it in again) on your device.
Many of the current Bluetooth devices on the market at the moment were designed for the 'Symbian' (ordinary mobile phone) operating system. There are issues with many Bluetooth devices that are not compatible or have operating issues with the Windows Mobile Bluetooth stack. In some cases the makers of these devices are coming round to the fact that if they want their devices to work with Microsoft Operating Systems then they will have to provide updated software to do so as the Microsoft Windows Mobile devices are starting to get more and more popular due mostly to the fact that they are so flexible and powerful and people are turning to these devices to do much of the work that would otherwise require a laptop computer.
I think that soon you will see Bluetooth handsfree devices with a 'certified for Windows Mobile' sticker on them as the power of these devices becomes more well known but until then we have the unfortunate situation where many devices simply aren't compatible with Windows Mobile. Just recently a well known maker of bluetooth devices 'Parrot' has released revised 'firmware' for their devices to make them more compatible with windows mobile devices.
Our official stance at HTC is to advise you to look on the website www.htc.com under the 'buy' part then 'accessories' and choose your device, there we list some Bluetooth devices that have been tried and tested with your device and that we know will work. Otherwise it might be possible to download and install a newer version of the firmware for your Bluetooth device from the maker's website. If the above steps do not resolve your issue, we invite you to visit the support area on our Web site. Please go to:
http://www.htc.com/www/support.aspx Or you can go to: http://www.htc.com/select_country.htm, select your country and then click on the Support tab. You can also call our Call Centre on the relevant local number from this link http://www.htc.com/europe/CA_Hotline.aspx if you have further questions.

<Hi. I have the latest ROM already. The standard bluetooth implementation is fine, it is just that your RSAP implementation does not work properly. It works fine if you turn off data connections in Comms Manager but if you don't disable them then 90% of the time it will not connect or comes up with a sim card error on the phone. What needs to happen is that when an rSAP device connects to the phone you automatically disable data connections, and then re-enable them when rSAP disconnects (just like the phone is disabled and re-enabled)
I would buy a new device from your website but unfortunately you don't sell estate cars! Regards Jake>
Dear valued HTC customer,
The GPRS connection shouldn't have any effect. It sounds like in general that the two devices don’t work well together. There's ao many bluetooth devices and not all of them work well with windows mobile bluetooth. I would recommend that you check which make of car kit you have, contact them and see if there's a firmware update.
You can buy accessories from our website HTC - Touch Phone, PDA Phone, Smartphone, Mobile Computer Go to ‘buy’ then accessory shop, choose your country on the top right corner and then select your device. If you cant see the buy button, tray to choose your country first. You can also contact expansys to buy accessories for your device Smartphone, PDA & Ultra-Mobile PC Store - eXpansys Deutschland Thank you once again for your continued patronage. Looks like they may look at it (to get rid of me!)
<umm - but the data connection does has an effect. Some service providers sim cards also have an effect as well, where as they all work perfectly on a nokia phone whatever the sim card. This seems to happen pretty much across all HTC devices (Touch Pro, Tytn2, Touch HD etc) on all rSAP devices (I personally have tried Nokia 616, Audi MMI, and i know others have tried Mercedes and VW (all of which i believe are Nokia based). Strikes me this is a bug in Microsofts implementation of rSAP which someone needs to acknowledge and fix. Jake>
Thank you very much for the information, I'll pass this on to relevant department.

jakerade... Thank you very much for your efforts into this case. As I stated before, they are just software bugs, nothing to do with the hardware, whatever anyone is going to tell you.
Sad to see that they are reluctand to help you, look at it, or provide a fix.
After my xperia X1 I bought a samsung i8910, thinking I would be safe since this is a symbian phone. While the experience has been reasonable... also this phone has it's bugs and user interaction stupidities.
rSAP works, briliantly and 95% of the time. So that is good, workable and very nice.... the problem is that about 1/3 of the time the phone disconnects form the car, it does not turn on it's own transmitter. Clearly a software bug, one I have encountered before on some nokia phones also, a firmware update always fixed this for me.....
So this is a problem in symbian, it is known... and what does samsung say? "We have so many phones, after the intial release of the software only regular maintenance will be preformed"... Basically, don't expect it to be fixed soon, if ever... Stupid consumer market, samsung alone has about 75 active models of phones.... Yes, 75!!! No wonder they can't do software support, my god! :S (They also have winmobile, android, symbian, their own software and other stuff I have not even heard of).
I'm probably going to ditch this phone again and go to a nokia again. At least I have the idea they try and fix problems. Looking at the new N900.... so I could actually fix stuff myself. ;)

Hi I have the same problem pairing an Acer DX900 dual sim with SKoda Superb II Premium bluetooth...it just says "Connection not possible". I have tried all workarounds found in the Web but it does not work yet!!
Did you solved this problem?
Please anybody could help me??

Hi all,
just to frustrate everyone, I have the rSAP Bluetooth in my Golf, and my Touch HD (Telstra 6.1 ROM) is working perfectly. However, a week a go I took the car to a dealer for service and lost the pairing as they disconnecetd the battery. Next thing, I have all the same problems as everyone else here. Enter the PIN then, "no connection".
At the time I was still at the VW dealer and he paired his Nokia rSAP phone, deleted all the existing profiles, then I tried again and heh, presto, it worked.
You could try that. It seems that, if the first time you pair you get a corruption or something, it locks you out.
Anyway, try that trick, it may work.
Cheers from Oz.

Hi all,
I'm going nuts over this!
I just purchased a VW Passat '07 with a Premium UHF BT carkit. I have a HTC Rhodium (with latest ROMeOS - windows mobile 6.5).
I'm able to pair the phone. Even the SIM contacts are synchronized to the car, but since I sync my contacts with Outlook, all my contacts are in Pocket Outlook... i.e. I want my Pocket Outlook contacts to by synchronised to the car.
If I select 'memory' (in stead of SIM) from the car memory selection menu, it gives an error.
Any help appreciated. I'm reluctant to move 'back in history' to a Nokia phone.
<EDIT> I was thinking.
1) Isn't there a registry hack to tell the HTC to provide the Outlook Contacts when asked by a BT carkit? If so, does anyone out there know the reghack for this? I've searched but have not been able to find the right one.
2) The only way for the BT connection to work is to set the SAP setting to 'TRUE". Without this setting turned on, the devices won't connect through BT.
Anyway, as you can see....I'm lost.
Cheers, Ronald

Good news:
I just had a car with the recent software version of the premium handfree set...
*#0000# gave MNS-8502 (sw version)
I was able without any problem to sync the kaiser with all outlook contacts (over 800 numbers). Finally Novero (Nokia automotive successor) managed to get the HT-2 working with WM6.1
For info: The hw version is 015

Now running latest 6.5 Energy Rom. It worked for a couple of days perfectly and then went back to its old bad ways. Going to try deleting it again but this is really annoying me now.
I have also discovered that the Audi rsap adapter just stores any text msgs on the sim whilst its connected (which i doubt you can read in WM?) - very useful.

'Hi Is there likely to be a 6.5 upgrade for the Touch Pro. The standard software in 6.1 is shockingly poor and it really would benefit from one especially as there are a lot of these very expensive phones well under a year old when it was the latest phone! (all iphones are upgradeable...) Additionally is anyone looking at the laughable support for the rSAP profile. I have been trying to get this to work for the last 9 months in my Audi and it just doesnt work properly. (i previously reported this under 09UKCW19ENA000283) Many thanks Jake'
There hasn't been any news regarding the WM 6.5 for the Touch Pro however please check for the hotfixes available in the HTC web page.If that doesn't help please do a hard reset on the phone to make sure there isn't any corrupted file in the system.

Hi
I understand that the recent WM6.5 update for the Touch Pro 2 introduced new bluetooth drivers as this device did not function correctly before with RSAP and now does following the upgrade. There are numerous posts indicating this on various forums.
I think you owe it to touch pro users to release these drivers so that we can use the devices with functionality that was advertised. Rebooting or reflashing my device with software that already doesnt work will not solve the problem!
Thanks

Just got this from HTC
"Please check the htc web site for eventual software hotfix for the bluetooth issue. "
Sounds like they know they have a problem with the Touch Pro so you Kaiser guys need to have a moan!
