Flash without acivesync (or device bricked?)

Hi!

I have MDA Compact III (Artemis) from my friend, the device will not boot, only T-Mobile screen starts up but boot process does not continue :(

How can I flash without ActiveSync? I can enter bootloader mode.

The device is CID unlocked.

Any suggestions? Or is it already bricked and should be thrown to trash?
