Is there some sort of 'for Dummies' walk through guide covering the entire process of taking a Sprint Mogul and ending up with your MetroPCS account functioning on that phone?

There is bits and pieces of information everywhere and it all seems to come from someone on the middle of making these changes, already aware of the basics, seeking further help, with the phone portion functioning as a Metro phone.

I ran the Titan unlocker and installed dcd titan 3.2.2 and apparently pulled my MSL, and then it seemed liked all I had to from there was find the place to enter all the MetroPCS data/codes I have printed from all over the place--and without clear instructions that seems to involves ##778# or ##778 or the EPST file. ##778# dials out and then gives me some not authorized message, which I would expect when trying to dial out because I haven't yet managed to input any Metro data and I don't have a Sprint account. ##778 and the EPST file both close a split second after they open no matter how many times I've tried to run them, even after a soft reset.

At this point I've gone beyond frustration into anger and I give up and need help. I've done nothing else since 8am this morning -- and it's minutes before 10:30 at night.

Can someone point to me to a plain english step by step walk through for us dummies out there?

Thanks for any help!

I am no expert. If you loaded DCD rom it does not have any of the carrier customizations. They are the ones that make ##778# or what ever work. I believe you will need to run EPST from the windows directory to get it to run.
