Where to get the cheapest smartphone?

My current smartphone is slowly dying. After having upgraded due to hardware failure 3 times in the last two years (motorola mpx220 hinge broke, qtek 8500 mainboard broke, htc s710 earpiece failure) I dont want to pay top dollar for a new handset so I just want the cheapest smartphone or windows mobile device that I can get - any ideas (uk preferably)

Ebay, just bought a O2 xda2 for $60 AUS , works great and like new, got it just as a work hack

I have found an SPV C600 in expansys for GBP43 - looks ok (although no warranty)
