Artemis won't connect !

There is no way that I can make my computer to connect my artemis.
Anyone has any idea?
I have upgrade wmdc to the last version but still won't recognize the device.
I'm running Vista and I have reinstalled the factory rom under the bootloader.
Anyone please?
