This may be a silly question...

On SPB mobile shell, there's a feature for choosing a today theme by its color. That could simply be a collection of themes, but it's a nice feature anyway.

But I wonder, is there any software for the ppc that generates a theme based on an input color? Like a theme maker on the go?

I don't really understand what you mean. Nevertheless, make sure you read my theme-related articles & tutorials; I've published quite a few lately.
