Dumping my vodafone rom?

Could some one be kind enough to point me in the right direction of a guide. I tried using google search and the search on the forum but no joy.

I would love to be able to dumb the rom for the better good of members who like me are itching to flash there voda branded diamond.

Thank you very much I will book mark that. Right I was just about to give up and just flash, as I am impatient. BUt now I have downloaded the tools and will give it a try.
