Upgrading 8525

Hey,

I'm sure this has been posted 1,000 times, but I am wondering a couple things about upgrading from my current Hermes. It is really buggy and seems to be failing(the LCD has problems, etc)

Should I wait for the HTC Touch Pro? Money isn't really a factor for me, so I don't mind a steep price on a phone, but with mine currently starting to fail, I would love to get a new one before school starts in mid-August(I surf the net all day in class ;) ).

So what are my best options from now or before Mid-August if anything is coming out that soon? Should I just go for the Kaiser?

Are there any other forums? I keep posting my problem with my phone, and I have posted asking what I can upgrade since there is no one to help with the problem, and I also don't get anything helpful there. I try to look it up, but most of the websites are geared towards what is best for kids and casual users instead of people looking for better devices that can be useful :(

Yes, I have posted there, and no replies to my problem(posted twice, months apart) or my upgrading help really.
