I tried a ROM and now my phone is frozen at startup and I don't know what to do! PLEASE HELP!

Your phone is CID locked,it must be first CID unlocked to upgrade to wm6,you downloaded the wm6 rom,but you didn't follow the instructions and got it CID unlocked,thats why it won't flash and is stuck at Bootloaders (multicolor screen).

And remebeeeer : DON'T EVER FLASH A G3 ROM CONTAINING A G3 BOOLOADER (IPL AND SPL) ON A G4 DEVICE....you will brick it if so...work safe

I was following that tutorial you linked and I did everything it said, my phone is G4 btw... and I did a HardSPL. Then when I tried installing that ROM my phone got messed up... now it freezes at startup... any advice?

mai sunt cativa de-ai nostri pe aici pee forum....incearca sa iti pui alt ROM....poate ca are buba ala care l-ai sccos tu...incearca TNT sau Mfazzz

What IPL/SPL it displays at present in the Bootloader Mode ?

YUP! its HardSPL,have you tried to flash any wm6 custom build Rom from here 'xda-developers' instead of the Rom mentioned in the link as you posted above.Download any latest wm6 or 6.1 custom build from 'Windows Mobile 6' sub-forum and try to flash,I'll recommend TNT 19213 series,one of the best builds.Hope it'll work,otherwise read and follow the guide 'How to Remove HardSPL' ,try by removing HardSPK,flash official IPL/SPL and then try to flash the official Rom.
secondly,make sure battery is fully charged.
