Update stopped at zero percent

Hi,

I flashed olinex hardspl and updated bepes beta rom. Unfortunately, I accidentely updated the french version but I wanted german or english. Now I wanted to "reflash" it with DiamProject_V1_5.2.19965_Radio_1.00.25.06 but the updater stopped at zero percent? Should I reset now or should I wait if something happens? Its 10 minutes ago and still at zero percent.
