spv M650 dead after upgrade

I have a big problem, i when i started my SPV M650 (Orange phone) 2 days ago it didn't want to start (blocked on orange splash screen)so i reset my spv but still the same.

go to bootloader mode, download and flash official ROM for your device.
It is not dead, dont worry!

but before that please write your upgrade procedure, did you CID unlock device, which ROM U used....
