Does anyone know how I can make my O2 xda orbit work on all networks?

AFAIK, O2 does not SIM lock their handsets.

So in practice, just go ahead and try another network's SIM in the handset and it should work.

This is usually the case with 02, but if it is locked try here, all the info

I have tried a 3 sim card in my orbit and even after applying the settings from the link above it still says the sim card is missing.

any more ideas??

yep tried a hard reset and reformatted still no joy on my 3 sim card.

have you inserted the cards propertly and are those cards locked somehow

im 99% sure the three network sims will not work on these nifty little jobbies. And in answer to the above O2 DO NETWORK LOCK PHONES. if your phone was from 02 and it was not locked your just lucky.:D
