rom not installed properly help please

installed dutty's new rom but did not install properly get through windows setup and have white screen with partial top bar and no windows sync?
is there a way to force a new rom
been searching forum for hours:(

have kaiser rom did not flash load or i did something wrong on the loading midlet thing
but got it to reflash
held power + camera + pen got me to tri color spl screen
