Hi to all professionals... i would seriously need your pro advise and comment how to resolve my phone problem.
i have recently bought a used HP ipaq 6965 however i have encounter some serious problem when i tried to upgrade the Rom to latest firmware.
The latest firmware is 1.21 from HP official. Here's the symptoms of my phone:
1) It keep on remain in HP startup screen (booting always)
2) Boot loader mode is accessible
3) USB is recognize and detected by windows XP
4) Soft and Hard Reset could be apply
5) update successfully wireless Rom by HP tool even the phone can only switch from HP startup screen and Boot loader screen
PRoblem:
1) active sync could not detect my phone no matter what i have tried.
2) How can i fix this non-detected device problem?
3) How can i re-upgrade my Rom if i could not connect phone thru my PC?
4) Is that any available solutions for me to upgrade and solve the problem
