Guys,

If you ever tried PlumSIP (Keyboard t9 input with many features) came with Hikey's ROM, is very very useful but it is in Chinese interface. IF somebody have its english intreface GUI, pls let me know.

Or if somebody can change its interface to English?

I saw a friend contacted hikey yestoday in a QQ group,but i don't know if hikey will do this...PlumSIP is very good,i like it.but it's a company OME for our chinese C730...so i think it's just for chinese.I will ask him again about this.

I have checked the PlumSIP's officcal site,but there is no english version for
C730.
and i havnt got an answer from hikey,I will do this again,so please wait.

Anyone using plumSIP ? I duno chinese also therefore i only can seek help at here..

Anyone know how to change the font size of plumSIP? After i installed ChineseYH(Font pack) the font that displayed on plumSIP sidebar was way too small..

p/s : Previously there was no problem but using another font pack

its all up to Hikey, he wants to get him in limelight or not by his ROM publicity.

I just think there are too many roms here already.

about the rom...

New core 19593, It was WM6.1.1.7 (AKU 1.1.7)
but the 19202 is WM6.1.0.0

New core without WMP memory leak.
Faster network connection
and more beautiful interface

There are quite a few roms here but new additions would not be bad. Hope you bring English version here.:rolleyes:

Yeah, you can switch to english, but default langauge is Chinese

i was able to download the ROM, changed the locale to English.
Great GUI and nice fonts (look cleaner and sharper).
Is there a way to disable the PlumSIP ? and how?
Can you please demonstrate here ?

promise one thing, whenever you will release new updates, you will inform me atleast :D your ROM flavors are amazing, i liked them very much because they have something unique and different in terms of speed, performance and GUI.

If possible, please try to release a very clean version without having third-party included. i am sure it would work super-fast :D

i dont know how to change letters to capitals.. and also i notice the help balloon of a list of similar contacts which was coming on WM 6.1 is not there.. what i mean is when you type few letters of a desired contact, a possible list of similar ones used to popup from which we could choose our specific one.

I installed Hikey's WM6.1 ROM..(SUPERB ROM):) in terms of looks and performance...

I changed the language to U.S.(English) but still see menus of Resco Explorer,Celetask and other apps.... in chinese language:confused:...How to change all to English:(

Well,
I tried installing both celetask, and resco explorer english version but both chinese version doesn't get replaced instead another english version installed means capture more space. PlumSIP is also in chinese can't read or understand. Please release an english version without third party application also let us know how to disable plumSIP sometimes we need to disable it fr some time.
Overall, you did an excellent job. Your ROM is ultimate.

Well, sorry but you're telling me to compromise with situation. But I don't think its perfect solution. However, I'm doing what you've suggested. Thanks for you suggestion.

I've a question? the shaded colored menu what are we getting after pressing left and right button, are this because of plumsip?

If Hikey can provide the ROM without softwares -plumsip, celetask, resco explorer, regedit and Backgenius , even if in chinese it will be great. Except these softwares everything get changed to as per locale. further we can change the locale to english and problem solved. After that it would be our choice to what to install or what not. but may be he's quite busy somewhere. I can wait. I'm still sticked with his ROM. That's simply superb.

im trying to disable PlumSIP but couldnt. i removed the pluminit exe from \windows\startup, and rebooted. but it still loads up.

HiKey, how can i disable or uninstall this app?
Please help me.

the ROM version on the device reads v7.23
but the zip name in hikey.net says the version is v8.02 see

is this a new version?

Is this a total english version or the same Chinese version uploaded in Rapidshare. Anyway I am comfortable with the Chinese one and has customised it for my needs.
