How to install the SPB Mobile Shell themes?

I don't get it at all.
I've just bought a HTC Diamond Touch and I found this amazing site with loads of themes and such.

But when I've downloaded it all i get is some kind of "movie"-files*?

Have I heard something about putting it into the Windows folder on my phone? The problem is, I can't see the Windows folder, due to it is hidden (show hidden folders don't work to reveal it).

The name of the root folder "\" is kind of annoying - can't change it though.

This picture (http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/8118/htcdouch4zw3.jpg), showing that I can't rename a folder to "Windows" due to that it already exists atleast makes me feel a bit more confident - I haven't bought a Smart Phone without a Windows folder :P

But problem exists - how can I manage to get into it?
And my first question repeated: How do I install the themes?

I dont quite think you actually know what SPB Mobile Shell is?
In the plenty of threads on the themes - they have said a simple step.

Install SPB Mobile Shell 2 (google spb) and then replace the files from the theme you like into the SPB Mobile Shell folder. Then soft reset.

Im just going to give you a word of warning, as im sure some people are going to get angry at you (seeing you are new to the forum). You should read more and google key words of the things you want rather than posting a thread asking how to install something when its in front of you.

Going forward, i'd suggest you do more reading before you post because theres no doubt, your question has probably been answered!
