As a test (if you want to do so) Iīm attaching modified WM7 HELU files (Separator.bmp, Separator1.bmp and Separator2.bmp and its respective mask files) from 240 to 320 width. It will look wierd, but it will fill your screen.
Replace your existent files in ms_bkg_now,.dat with this, donīt forget to rencrypt before changing back to .dat

Well i switched the existing files and it turned out really well. thanks. the home screen looks much better. also, nothing at all is displayed on the programs page, the second one. and the contacts look ok, im not quite sure how there supposed to look but i have posted pictures below of how everything looks right now.

This means that Launcher.xml, SpeedDial.xml, Contacts.xml, Weather.xml need some work as far the background, try to follow the HELU original scripts.

the 360x360 diamond theme works on the 800w if you run realvga at 96dpi.
All the mobile shell 2.1 themes that were made for the samsung i780 at 360x360 work as well.
it would probably be easier to start from those?
i've seen a few themes scattered throughout the forum. maybe we could consolidate in this thread?

Thanks for all the work guys. I was a big fan of the spb mobile shell theme on the 700wx. It worked very well with the 700wx. I tried the spbmobile shell, realVGA, 96dpi and it worked well and appeared about the same. However on the 800w after a few minutes I would have gliches where certain app buttons would not work or I would not be able to simply hit OK and get back to the WM6.1 stock today screen on the 800. It would be very usefull to try and get all the scatered posts on here. Additionaly it would be great if we could get our own treo 800w forum here.

Any head way. The Diamond theme worked well on the surface but I had a few glitches. For example I would not be able to hold the OK button and go back to the WM today screen after a few minutes or a soft reset or once the phone shut off. Also after a few minutes or the phone shutting off I would not be able to access most applications through the menue of SPB mobile shell Diamond theme. So I went back to using the WM stock theme. I like the spb mobile shell/Diamond theme better.

For those who are using Treo 800w, what resolution does it comes with? I know it is 320x320 but would like to know what dpi it is, 96dpi or 128dpi?
Any help would be appreciated. :)

Sorry to post on an old thread. Is there a link that I can download the 320x320 diamond theme for the treo 800w. I have been trying a lot of them and none of them seem to work like advertised.
