Make a cab with operators configs:this is possible?

Hi for all. I living in Brasil, and when I change a ROM or hard reset my PPC, I lost all configs of conections for my operator, which does not recognize my Phone. because of this thought: could not create a cab with these settings? If possible, could someone pass me some advice, because I not found nothing in my searches.
