Cannot use email (internet) with activesync

When I have connected my Kaiser with computer via USB, I cannot update (send/receive) my emails, and it always end up giving error. Additionally I cannot use internet on Kaiser via usb (activesync). I have windows vista.

I had the same problem, it was my firewall on the computer that blocked outgoing connections from the phone/USB port.

Thanks... lowering the security level for my Symentic now atleast runs the internet on my mobille, but somehow, I still cannot synchronize my mails. Gives error. Error syncing

Trying turning off your antivirus completely........ If that doesn't work try turning off your firewall completely........ If that doesn't work we need to check your activesync and phone settings.

Nopes, doesn't work! I've got another laptop, with no antivirus and firewall at all. only emails programs cannot sync (default, flexmail), internet generally is okay.

I have this occasionally

I found the "notification queues" get corrupt

MemMaid and SKTools both have options in them to
1) re-add the active sync bits
2) rebuild queues

I find doing (1) and (2) usually lets me sync
