Finding gps co-ordinates on the diamond

Could someone please help me find a way of finding a location in co-ordinates on the diamond. Would i have to use a special application of some kind?

I stupidly fecked around with my GPS settings and now nothing will connect to the internal GPS, can anyone paste the settings for me please?
