Hi everyone,

In order to install SPB Mobile Shell 2, to test, I wanted to prevent TF3D from launching at each startup. I know there is a way ot desactivate it but will it remove the program from the memory ?

Does anyone has an idea ? I took a look on google but did not see anything.

Thanks for your help.

Start>Settings>Today>Elements>untick TF3D......itīs just another today plugin. BTW TF3D runs fine with MS2.1 on my Diamond.

Nevertheless I have TF3D now disabled - to much of a memory hog. Back to PocketBreeze, BatteryStatus and SPB PhoneSuite together with MS2.1.

Do this to completely avoid TF3D

1. Hard Reset your Diamond (backup before of course)
2. After setting Time Zone and PIN, you see the "3 second" warning for installing HTC apps. Hit the RED soft reset button before the end of the 3 seconds to reboot. After reboot, you now have a clean WM6.1 without TF3D.

X. To bring back TF3D, just do another Hard Reset and let the TF3D install.

I do this myself and have clean WM6.1 with SPB Mobile Shell 2.1
Now I don't have the Blue-Tooth problem (due to TF3D Music Player)
And seems more memory to use than with TF3D

Oki, It seems a little bit hardcore but why not, I will try this.
Thanks for your help :)

Hi, i just got my diamond yesterday it hanged because i am a newbie and tried several things i do not understand and it suddenly hanged. :(

I tried the reset it by the small red button, and everthing seems to work fine. Howerever i am now not able to see the Big Digital Clock on the Home page. Pls.. advise on what to do.

I am thinking of doing a hard reset, but i do not know how... What are the risks on doing this and how to do it correctly.

Thank you...

What do you see instead? Nothing? Small clock? Bit more info would be useful....
