Hi All
I find that the mic is muted when I put my Alpine (SPV M1500) in my car cradle (HOLUX CR-100). This means I can hear calls made to-and-from the 'phone, but the other party cannot hear me until I remove the 'phone from the cradle. - Very frustrating and hardly hands-free!
This didn't happen when I had my XDA. Does anyone know how to bypass this 'feature' of the Alpine? A bluetooth car kit is the obvious choice but I've not had much luck with the alpine pairing with these devices quickly enough. I'd rather un-mute the mic so I can use the onboard hands-free on the Alpine.
