Bubble when recieve a text?

I used to have a bubble popped up for about 15 seconds with the message when I got a new text. I've recently updated my firmware to The Loan Ranger V3 - but I can't find where to turn on the text notification.

I know its something simple, but can someone point me to it again please?! :confused:
