big graphic troubles on htc diamond

hi everybody !
it's my first thread on xda, so I present myself first
I'm from Reunion Island and I'm a developer not for ppc application unfortunately and I'm 25 years old.

so.... now my problem.

After installing SPB MOBILE SHELL, I have had a big graphic trouble.
For describing my problem,
it's like the mobile is in 16Bit color (like windows in "no failed mode") <= in french it's "mode sans echec" I don't know how to say in english :)

I connected my phone on my computer, and i launch MyMobiler to take a screenshot of this.

And surprise !!! Nothing bad on the PC. The image is clean, without bugs.

So I tried to do a soft reset.... NOTHING.... even the HTC logo when shut down or switch on the mobile is completely bugged !!!

I tried a HARD RESET !!! Nothing !!!

this afternoor I noticed a change on my mobile home page (on TF3D)

I can see the totality of my background image.... before I saw just a piece of it.
Try it !! You will see just a piece of this same image !!

someone know this problem ??

Is there a solution to change my color quality level (16 Bit , 32 Bit) ?

Since a hard reset didn´t solve your problem, I can´t imagine a new ROM doing so......

maybe a driver problem ?

or maybe I have to send my device for After Sale Service ?

Looks like a hardware fault to me... the green streaking that is.

The screen shot you posted is graphics data and has nothing to do with display hardware. Its what the hardware should be showing.

Take it in for a warranty exchange.

Hi damby, I have exactly the same problem here. I received my mobile today and the graphics looks crap. I know the difference because my old one(which was stolen) looks really good. So, did u get a replacement from manufacturer?

btw, my rom is original rom
ROM version: 1.93.707.1 WWE
ROM date: 07/13/08
Radio version: 1.00.25.05
Protocol version: 52.29.25.12H

Any one else having the same problem? desperately need help here.
