my phone is stuck at the startup screen!!!

:(my phone is tuck at the startup screen and i dont know how to fix it!!! is there way to fix this issue cuz its the 1st time its happened:(

Sounds like you need to Hard Reset... This will, unfortunately, put it back to factory standard - all contacts/sms/apps deleted.

Hold down left & right softkey thenuse the sylus to reset. It will ask if you want to reset, push r then spacebar. It should now go back to the alignment screen and go through the setup process again.

Best idea is to get a backup program like SPB Backup 2 or something in case this happens again. Also, if you haven't already, install Hard SPL ver 7 available for download here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=296722
