Problem in BL -My BA is gone ?-

Hello everyone,
I'm sorry if my English isn't well
I have a SPV M2000.
I wanted to upgrade it to wm6.1, but when I was entering in Boot Loader Mode, a problem has happened.
So I wanted to do either a soft reset or hard reset, anyway the screen stands in mode BootLoader, I tried also to put off & put on the battery..
-Above the screen, it shows "Serial"
-in the screen below "v 2.08"
How can I solve that problem

Yes, I tried to re-flash : no changes.
I'm using WM2003 SE.
