Benchmarked your Lite ROM: comparable with Dutty's latest V1.8 UltraLite.

:D Thanks a lot my friend.... results are great thanks!!! Considering this is far from an ultra lite ROM as it still has TF3D, opera and office etc. it´s fantastic.

Not sure because I didnīt have much interest here or on HTC Mania and I always use a WWE ROM......... so really depends on demand.

You should really try this version as itīs a big improvement and I have to say I wonīt be changing for another ROM until something major comes along. I have tried the newer OS 20721 but I still think this is version better but really need to benchmark to see the truth.

ROM is very nice! Though it's not the snappiest ROM it sure feels stable. Even after installing all my apps.
Will try this one out for a while. Although I was searching for a real light ROM. 'Cause I don't use Manila etc. Been flashing my device for the 8th time this weekend already. Should take a brake and make up my mind *LOL*

Cheers mate, glad you like it! Actually if you check out the recent benchmarks http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=406640 it´s actually the one of the fastest out there apart from swtos ROMs :D
Maybe I´ll release a stripped version of this ROM as well just to follow trends and if there´s enough demand.....

using your lite rom, I like it more and more, it's fast and stable, thank you for it.
I miss only one app the end key application (HTC Long press key). I've found two versions here in the forum, but they don't work with your rom. Can you give me, please, a link with a working endkey cab file? Thanx

I'm using the CT v5 light for a couple of days, and I need to say that this is the best cooked ROM I've ever tried! And, believe me, I've tried almost all of them! It's fast, stable and with a lot of free program memory after hours of running.
Just an example: when I use a specific really memory hog navigation software, this ROM has between 13-16 megs of free memory in comparison with all the others I've tried, that have 4-max 10 megs of free memory!
I think this example is quite justificatory.
In all those days I've used the GSM, GPS, BT, WiFi, Internet, Mails...so on, so all the commonly used appz and no problem!
So, THANK YOU Christonge for this excellent work!

ok installed v5 full and used for 3 days.
noticed opera is now able to activate rotation more quickly 8D
strange thing... HTC music player now lists quite a few ring and alert tones to be played. I'm not sure where these files are located cos I only see WindowsMobile tone when I choose phone ringtone. This didnt happen for v4 full or original roms. Quite odd.
Edit: my mistake for leaving ringtones in an internal storage and forgotten it was there.
Everything's great so far... nicely done again CT

Umm that is strange... it doesnīt happen for me?? I havenīt changed anything or the folder location of these files and the same sound files are present always in my ROMs. If itīs really bothering you try a HR and maybe that will get rid of it.

Funny cos the same thing happened to me the other day I sometimes flash back to an original ROM and yesterday (while I was playing with a new super stripped ROM) I discovered a whole load of pictures in the TFL3D tab... and I spent ages looking in the kitchen because I thought Iīd left them there, but like you I found them in the internal storage :o

Hi there,
just a strange think: when I've installed this ROM there was a GPS lag with the navigation software.
Now using it for a longer period, strange, but the GPS lag just disappeared....
Now I don't have any lag with my favorite navi soft :)
It's amazing, I haven't installed anything, nor deleted anything...
Strange, but I like it :)))

Hi Christonge, have just installed your rom and have to say I'm very impressed, massive improvement in speed. Just one question though, on my previous network rom, when I long pressed the send key it gave me the option to speak a voice tag, this appears to have gone, including the ability to add voice tags to contacts, do I have to install something to get this back?
Cheers.

perfect, and thanks for the quick response! one more question, and this may be a bit off topic as not sure what settings are defined with a new rom, but when installing it it asks for the network to configure the rom for, should this setup the voice mail and text settings? the voicemail number is blank in my network settings so pressing 1 on the speed dial won't dial the voicemail, it just asks for a number (which doesn't do anything when I enter the number from vodafone). Is there anywhere I can specify this? text centre settings work fine.
cheers

Hi,
I don't have much time to cook at the moment as I'm moving around a lot for work. I will back to it in 2 weeks time. I've been using this build with the newest 20753 kernal and it's been working very well so I'll probably release it when I get back, that is if there's nothing new out ;)

I've been unable to find HTC USBtoPC 2.1.1817 also. My Sprint Touch Pro doesn't include the Internet Sharing option on this screen for some reason...
Edit: Found v2.0.18172128.1 here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427956), but haven't yet come across 2.1.1817...
I'm also trying to find the Calculator skin, as the Calculator on my Touch Pro looks like the same old (i.e., ugly) one...
