Did you try to hard reset 1st?
Hold down both the soft keys then reset with stylus. On your slideout keyboard press r then space. This should take it back to factory default UNLESS you have been trying to update your os and didn't put Hard SPL on 1st.
If this works, make sure you read and update your SPL to 2.10 olipro from this post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=296722
