o2 exec no radio, no protocol problem

I have just repaired the screen of my O2 EXEC but I cannot use it as a phone because it stucks when I enter my sim card in.I have checked in the device information and I noticed that there is no Radio and Protocol version.I am trying to reistall windows 6 but it stops and shows ERROR:114 Radio Rom Update Error Can somebody help me?Thanks
