How can I flash rom for Vista.

I used flash rom with win XP. But now I use win Vista.
I don't know How i can flash rom.
Please anyone tell me.

Same problem here, When I try to ugrade the rom Im having connection problem, for now im using my xp installed laptop for upgrading.
