Phone restarts when charging

Hi,

I noticed that whenever I plug the phone to charge over night, in the morning it appears as if it has self soft reset. Any comments??

Which ROM are you using?

I noticed this a week ago with an official 1.37 ROM, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the little vibration the phone does when rebooting...

Now I'm using an official 1.93 ROM and haven't noticed this yet?

same problem with olinex hard spl 1.3 and official rom 1.93 german...

Me too with 1.37.456, 1.93.456 and 1.93.831 roms.
May be it is an hardware problem?

Another here....Dutty's ROM !.3 and also !.6 with Hard SPL 1.40 Unsigned. The only time it happens is when left charging overnight....happens after quite a few hours (morning)

My diamond does not restart while charging at night. However I noticed that TF3D goes off every night. I use MortScript to switch TF3D off and on when needed. I have 1.93.405.1 WWE rom.

I have the same problem with my Diamond. Original ROM: 1.37.166.3 GER. Any help?
