No it is not compatible with the kaiser.
THE DEVICES ARE COMPLETLY DIFFERENT.
DO NOT FLASH IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRICK - KILL - DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE.

I found a problem
When you call someone. the screen just freezes. You can actually talk with the person you calling but you cannot see the options of MUTE HOLD etc.
This is a screenshot explaining what actually happens. As you can see on top the call is on. When you click on keypad while running the call it opens. But cannot see the screen that says END CALL like the iphone.
Have tried hard resseting. Problem not solved.

It depends on what you like. By setting a poll you cannot decide which one you are going for. It depends on your needs. FULL LITE CLEAN etc.
Read the description and then decide if you flash it or not.

One question: Will there be a version with this TouchFlo Manila (or whatever it's called) thing? I'm feeling better with SPB Mobile Shell...so more space or RAM would be free without Manila, right?

The delay is standard throughout all Windows Mobile. :)

Well, my take on this is

Diamond Project Team ROM = more Tom less Dutty

Dutty's ROM = all Dutty and no Tom

Anyway, I love the V2 of this ROM which I flashed when i was released. I am currently haviing with Dutty's 1.0 and will maybe try 1.2 (his new release) before deciding whether to "upgrade" to V3.

Further to the End Screen problem, I have also discovered that the keypad isn't actually mapped to the keypad. When calling my voicemail, for example, I need to press 3 to delete but pressing 3 here goes into the "Note" function of the call screen

just has flashed device with your ROM. It works perfectly.
Found 2 bugs might be:
1. Skype doesn't work (can't run).
2. I couldn't pair my bluetooth headset with Diamond (Plantronics 855). Just for the info - bluetooth headset works with Polaris.

Yet, another ROM to flash... this would be the 3 one this week - I'm really tempted to flah this as I like Tom's ROMS very much (but I'll have to leave it until if/when the exsisting one plays up as I've just customised my exsisting one to my liking.

THis is one of the main reasons i keep going back to the stock ROM as I hate my email links going to the Sh**y incompetent I.E.!

Also why the call history tab on Touchflo? Isn't there already a link to this on the home screen?

Back again. I've been using the ROM all day now and it still feels great. Very slick and TF3D is uber smooth. Tom has done a wonderful job with the icons so it is even very aesthetically pleasing :)
Finally, I think this ROM handles the memory leakage issue better than any other ROM I've tried on the Diamond so far (and I have tried most of them). I've been using the ROM all day- did 1 soft reset a few hours ago and now it reports 40% memory usage which I believe is quite good.

I've also used Schap's Advaned Config to disable the Phone Skin until Tom fixes the Call Screen and it's working fine now.

The Diamond 3DTF Config installation doesn't contain config files for several languages (including Danish), so it is impossible to set a different 3DTF language... Exiting ROM.:rolleyes:

Not specific to just this ROM, but does anyone know how to get the camera to save in the "right" place? The pictures are stored in My Documents, and the pictures program looks for pictures in My Documents/my pictures

even the TF3D is better as my service provider used to be spelled twice before this on the home screen ... now its not the case !

Tom is on it. He has fixed the call screen/phone skin problem already and is putting some other tweaks and enhancements together. I think we can expect something nice anytime very soon.
