Phone wont work

Hi!

Have a russian Diamond, And when i start it with the Russian ROM everything works fine here in Sweden.

Now i want it in Swedish or English. Tried alot of ROM and SPL but cant get it to run smooth, its freezing up and booting and real slow, if i get it to work then it wont work with my SIM card it says telephone off, and not possible to switch it to on. ??? But in russian ROM everything ok...

Please help me!! What should i do. I tried Oilex 1.30 and 1.40 and with Swedish ROM and with custum ROM WWE. And so and so on....

Try Hard SPL and Panoshas latest ROM. And sprinkle .05 Radio.
I guarantee youll be happy as a dog.:)

I'm using the Swedish Rom from here and I've no issues.
