download the radio,it comes packed with ruu so run it and it will do the rest
and please there is everything about this in wiki,so read it

there is nothing wrong with my english...i hope:)


go to wiki (click on my signature) and in artemis go to radio upgrades, choose one and download it (the best are GSM 03.12.90 and GSM 03.18.90...as people here say) ,when you do it plug in the phone in the pc,establish active sync connection,unpack the downloaded file where ever you want and run the RUU.exe (RUUwrapper.exe) and follow the steps...it isn't hard,if anything is unclear, ask...but only after reading the wiki;)

oh and i was kind to find it for you...so you don't have to search the wiki... here is the radio 3.18.90 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=386854)

the latest radio is unclear to me ...haven't read the thread,but it comes in a 5kb unknown type file...so i'd preffer the one in the link

doesn't matter if it works or not go to wiki and educate yourself
