Help Help Help!!!!

I have a HTC 8525 it was working perfect until i tried charging it on my playststion 3 since then my phone has been crawling dead dead slow.
The phone feature does not work anymore it just reversts to being off everytime you tried to turn it on.I tried to flash my phone with three of schaps's Roms but i still encounter the same problem.
Is there anything i can do to reset the hardware; even if it means trying to reset the memory. I'm in a desperate situation and any help at all will be greatful. Thank You!!

Connect to pc, use MTTY to check for bad blocks. If you find any downgrade to spl 1.10 olipro (run cid /sim unlock tool as this will put 1.10 on or look for the standalone RUU wrapper program) and fix with MTTY. There are instructions in the upgrading section (links to programs if needed too). Just remember that some carriers put "bad blocks" on to brand their phones so if you fix the bad blocks and it does nothing then they are supposed to be there.
Then Hard Reset.

Good Evening Ultramag69 I've been trying to use the mtty i've read several forums about MTTY.exe but i'm have a very hard time using it, i can try to log in to the phone from MTTY but all that comes up on the PC is CLIENTCLIENTCLIENT and i can't type ne thing.
Is there ne documentation out there you can lead me to or is there a mtty manual you can direct me too. But your solution sounds very logical and accurate based on all the forums i haved checked. So i'm asking your help again hope i'm not being a bother.

I can see the USB connection in mtty.exe but some how it's not connecting to the phone, man i'm really desperate does ne know how to use this mtty.exe i've couple forums but they are not tooo clear .....

In Activesync settings untick "Allow USB Connections". Also, if you have other usb items this may cause problems...
