Slow TYTN II after Official 6.1 update

I just installed the official 6.1 on my asia Tytn II and its noticeably slower.

I've also noticed that the available RAM is at least 20 mb less than when i was running 6.0!!

Any one have similar problems?

after updating your rom you should always do a hard reset

Load the HARD SPL 3.56 if you want to avoid your Kaiser to freeze and to be slow. There are many threads about this (look in the "Kaiser ROM" forum).
