Wing Keyboard buttons!!

Can any1 help me with my keyboard or knows how i can fix this? i have to press extra hard on the buttons for them to work. before it was the "I" key now its the I U and K. i figured it had to be dirty or its something from the inside around that area . Can any1 help please!!! this is really annoying!:(:(

my T button is like that and my E is extra sensitive

you either have to call t-mobile and tell them your keyboard is broken or you can open it and clean it yourself but you gotta be really really careful and its kinda tough to do
