TROUBLE with QWERTY Condensed

Hi.
My QWERTY condensed virtual keyboard has a problem, when I press a key for example the one that includes Q-W-1 it should write the Q and if i pressed twice the W but it writes the 1 in the first attempt and any key I press it writes a number instead of the correct letter.
Could somebody help me?

If you press and hold you should get the Number. Maybe it is registering your press as a hold. Try tapping the keys more quickly and see if u still get numbers. No doubt this threshold can be adjusted somewhere in the registry.
