Trouble with Sim unlocking Kaiser. Tried Herms and many others.

I keep getting stuck on a progress bar at 0% using herms.

Here is what I have

Can someone please help me get this thing unlocked?

The device is a Kaiser, not a Hermes so you would need the Kaiser SIM Unlocker: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=361039 ;)

Ok now I am having a different problem. I just used olipro's unlocker called Kaiser SIM/CID Unlocker & Changer. I got through the first 2 steps and now after the 3g screen it goes blank. What happened?
