how can I disable my tytn ii keypad?

I think my keypad is jammed. I don't use it much, suddenly my picture application keeps opening and my contacts start searching for the repetitive letters 'edfcedfcedfcedfcedfc.....'

Also my off button is not working, once the screen goes off, I need to soft reset.

HELP PLEASE.

Have you tried hard resetting the Kaiser after a backup?
It might be a software issue.

I am having the exact same problem. I keep getting the letters edfc typed on my dialer. I unfortunately don't think its a software problem. Read my thread directly below yours.
