Sound Profiles after flashing Dutty's Diamond rom

recently I installed Dutty's Diamond ROM and overall it works flawlessly.
My problem is that almost every day, sometimes few times a day my sound profile gets changed (start-settings-sounds and notofications-notification tab)
I set up almost everything to have sound and vibrations, but something happens and everything gets unchecked...
so after a while I can't hear nor see a messages, reminders, MMSes, just nothing.
I have to go to settings and redo everything.

does anyone have idea what may cause that??

well this is happening to me as well with the ATT stock rom from ATT..

ITS GETTING ME VERY AGGRAVATED

so which version(s) of Opera should i have on this phone so that this doesnt happen.
I downloaded the one off of the Opera site a few weeks ago.
