Data connection on Wing/Herald

Hi I jus flashed my wing for the first time and im trying to turn on an use my data connection but when I go to my Comm Manager I can't turn on my data connection any Help would be appriciated Thanks :)

In settings go to the connections tab and look around. You may want to contact your carrier for the details. Its good practice to note the details before you flash or hard-reset.
