Some keys will work... others won't.

I'm a bit perplexed. I just bought a used Tilt off of e-bay. The description said that some of the keys on the keyboard work and others do not. I get the phone and it is exactly as described (keyboard problems and everything) but am wondering if this is a hardware problem or what?

I installed the latest factory ROM and the keyboard still has the same problem. What do you recommend I do now? Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for the link. I did try searching, but didn't find anything that would help. But I didn't see that thread either.
