Trying to install windows 6.1 on palm

I was trying to install the following rom:

For some reason I am unable to do so. I have an 8GB SDHC card. I have insterted it in the Palm using a Mini SD card reader. It's formatted to Fat 32. I copied the file on the sd card and did the soft reset. This took me to boot loader. After that nothing happened. At this time the installation is suppose to start for Windows 6.1 but nothing happens. My phone is unlocked.

I'd suggest trying with non-sdhc card...

Thanks I found a way without using the SD Card. I started using the Kaiser RUU file with the Cheetah.nbh file. Which safely installed Windows 6.1 on my cheetah without an SD or SDHC card.
