Thought I'd ask, anybody know how to code VBA scripts in Outlook 2007

Good morning, I thought I'd ask if anybody knows how to code scripts in VBA to use as a rule in Outook 2007.

I'm in need of script that gets an email sent to myself: bbgtd@gmail.com

and then converts the subject into a task and adds the category @followup and moves it to Task folder, so then it will sync back to my dash

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it very much

I have found this site (http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=40) helpful on occasions. Outlook VBA is a bit more complicated than VBA for the rest of the suite.
