hi i ve exca 100 it only hang on start up is there any solution to this problem thx in advance

oh ok wel try reflashing it with the official rom the phone came with. First off hold the camera (sym) button down for like 5 seconds then while still holding it down plug the usb in and you should now see a tri color screen (bootloader mode). This will allow you to reflash your phone with the original rom the phone came with.
