All this is THANKS to Gixxum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=770699)!!!

The ORIGINAL PDF manual (http://www.gsxr600.net/phone/The%20n00b%20guide%20to%206.1.pdf) if you need it..

Before getting started, please take a quick look at the sticky's that are located on the very top of the Excalibur forum, or visit here for an encyclopedia (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=265) . At the very least, this will help you learn some of the terminology used here as well as give you an idea of common issues and how to solve them.

First thing you want to do is decide which ROM you would like to upgrade to. Take some time and read these threads:
Kavana’s 6.1 ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=374890).
Kavana’s 6.1 ROM - Remade by Ricky (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=397845).
NRGZ28's 'Rose' Rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=441096).
NRGZ28's 'Rose' Rom - Remade by Ricky and Stylez (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=444276)

Read the features and changes (for each version) in the first post of each thread linked above.

Once you have decided on a ROM, download the appropriate file to your computer and place the unzipped folder on the desktop.
In addition, download the files below and save them to you computer. (You might need them later.)

SDA Unlock Application (http://www.mediafire.com/?egm0z1vnbh0) (unzip this file and save SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe to your computer)
Tegic eT9 US English Keyboard Layout (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=397723)
Error 270 Fix (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2089151&postcount=35)
